A certain number of other scholarships like (i) Government of India Scholarships for Scheduled Castes and Harijan Welfare Scholarship ( children coming from eligible communities) whose Parents income does not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- p.a (ii) District Backward Classes Welfare Officers.
Scholarship for Backward Communities and MBC whose Parents income does not exceed Rs.50,000/- p.a. are also available to Students which are sanctioned by the District Backward Classes Welfare Officers of Government of Tamil Nadu.
